Motion Video Wall Animation, split over 3 HD flat panel displays.
Produced in Apple's Motion 3, this motion video graphics ident for Elliot's Restaurant, situated in the Apex Waterloo Place Hotel. The horizontal lines of varying thickness are part of the overall brand identity for the restaurant, featured on the bar menu designs and décor.
I've applied random motion & vortex behaviours to animate the lines produced by a replicator in Motion 3. The camera sweeps and pans through the replicator to rest with the logo. These idents are followed by restaurant related material, such as 'Afternoon Tea at Elliot's'.
Notes: Storyboard, design, edit and production using Apple Motion 3, Photoshop & Illustrator. Video wall 3932px x 720px, split into 3 HD videos using Apple Compressor. Sedna Presenter used to remotely schedule content and video wall playback.
