The metro brand has now become established within the Apex Hotel Group. There are three metro restaurants in Scotland, the original metro in the Apex International, the metro in the Apex European and the metro in the Apex City Quay Hotel & Spa.

The style reflects the food, contemporary and quality without the formality of a traditional restaurant. The metro ethos is about enjoying good food in relaxing, fashionable surroundings. Atom Design has developed the metro brand in conjunction with ISArchitects.
